1. Package Storage

Upon arrival at the JustShop warehouse (i.e., goods have been received), JustShop provides 7 days of complimentary storage.

2. Return for Dissatisfaction

After goods arrive at the JustShop warehouse (i.e., goods have been received), buyers may inspect the item details and quality within 72 hours. They may request a return or refund, subject to an 8 RMB handling fee.

3. Overdue Package Handling

If an order remains unprocessed for over 7 days after warehousing, it will be deemed an overdue package. Should the buyer fail to submit an international shipping request or perform other relevant actions within 7 days, the goods will be automatically returned to the seller's store. A handling fee of 15 RMB will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the buyer's account.
