STEP 1: Select Product
Method 1: Copy and Paste Original Product Link on Justshop
Select product(s) from Chinese e-commerce websites and copy the links of your desired products. Then paste the links in the search field on Justshop.
Tips:
1. The original product link supports links from Chinese online shopping websites such as Taobao, Tmall, 1688, and Weidian.
2. If your original product link does not belong to the above online shopping websites, try using our "DIY Orders" function (Method 4).
Method 2: Image Search
Click on the image button, take a product picture, or upload a product image, then select from the results on Taobao, Tmall, and 1688.
Tips:
The cleaner the background of the image and the clearer the product, the more accurate the search results will be.
Method 3: DIY Orders
If your original product link is from a Chinese online shopping platform not available on Justshop, such as Xianyu, Pinduoduo, Yupoo, etc., please use the DIY order function to fill in the necessary info to place your order.
STEP 2: Submit Order
Choose item's model, color, size, and quantity, then add it to your shopping cart or directly checkout.
Tips:
1. Please note that restrictions may apply for international delivery.
2. Be aware of the potential risks associated with purchasing products on 1688. See Justshop's shopping agent notice for more information.
3. Also, keep in mind that most suppliers on 1688 have a minimum order requirement. Check the supplier's minimum order quantity before placing your order.
STEP 3: Pay For Product(s)
Select a payment method and make payment for the product(s) and possible domestic shipping fee in China (The seller does not offer free shipping. The package needs to be sent to the Justshop warehouse.)
STEP 4: Justshop Purchase Your Orders to Justshop Warehouse
Justshop agent team will reach out to the seller and purchase the items you have ordered to Justshop warehouse on your behalf.
During this process, you can know the progress of your order purchase through the order status change on "Orders" page.
Tips:
During the purchase process, if you have any questions related to your order, feel free to click "Contact" button of the order on "Orders" page to get in touch with your purchasing agent.
STEP 5: Quality Inspection and Storage
After your orders arrive at Justshop warehouse, quality control will be conducted and the items will be stored in the warehouse.
You can check the order status and the quality control pictures of your item by visiting "My Account" - "Orders"/"Warehouse".
Tips:
1. Quality Control
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, a thorough quality inspection will be conducted, including taking photos for your review. If any issues are found, we will notify you promptly.
JustShop provides 5 quality control pictures and 1 video for each order.
If you are not satisfied with the quality inspection pictures, you can leave a message below. We will re-shoot according to your requirements.
In principle, there is no limit on the number of times or the quantity of pictures. The entire process is provided for free.
Note that products purchased from 1688 have a different set of quality control standards.
2. Storage
Justshop provides 7 days of free storage time for each order after "stored in warehouse" status.
If the order is not submitted for international shipment within 3 days after being placed in the warehouse, the goods will be returned to the seller by default, and a corresponding handling fee (determined by weight) will be charged.
The remaining money will be refunded to the buyer's account.
STEP 6: Submit for Int'l Shipping & Pay for Shipping
After your orders are "stored in warehouse" status, you can submit them for international shipping.
Go to the "Warehouse" page. The shipping method will prompt you to choose different logistics providers and transportation methods. "Please refer to the logistics transportation providers listed in the freight calculation for details." After the warehouse confirms that the goods can be dispatched, your package is expected to be sent from the justshop warehouse within 72 hours, and the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 days (the specific time may vary depending on different countries and logistics providers. Please refer to the "Freight Calculation" function for the exact arrival time).
Tips:
Usually, after a buyer places an order, it will be processed within 3 working days. The estimated delivery time from placing the order to delivery is 12 to 18 days.
PLEASE NOTE:
You can ship your orders separately, or pack them in one package to ship together. What item(s) you submit each time, means what item(s) you ask the warehouse to pack in the same parcel together.
Tips:
1. Some items may have restrictions on some shipping lines. We have selected some recommended shipping line options for you to choose from.
2. Additional services, such as removal of packaging, reinforcement of package, and insurance, are available. Please contact your agent and send your special request before you submit your parcel if you have any related questions.
STEP 7: Parcel Packing
After you pay for the international shipping fee successfully, the warehouse will pack your parcel based on the details you submitted.
The warehouse will weigh the parcel, measure the size, and calculate the actual shipping cost according to the real dimensions/weight of your parcel.
You can check the packing progress on "Parcel" page.
Tips:
1. The international shipping fees is determined based on the weight / size of the parcel, the chosen shipping line, and the destination.
2. The final shipping cost will be calculated based on the actual size and weight of the parcel as confirmed by the shipping company, the specific billing method is shown in the "estimation" page.
STEP 8: Parcel Delivery (Int'l Shipping)
After your parcel is packed up successfully, it will be shipped out from Justshop warehouse ASAP and to the destination through international shipping.
You can track your parcel on "My account" - "Parcel" page. Next, we just need to wait patiently for a while.
Tips:
International package shipments come with the risk of accidents such as delays, confiscation, taxes, damage, and missing packages.
Justshop cannot control or prevent such incidents, which may occur during the handling of the package by a third-party logistics company or customs. However, Justshop strives to provide the best service and will inform you about the shipping situation for your selected country and assist you in case of any issues.

STEP 9: Delivered & Review
After a long and patient wait, your package is finally delivered!
Don't forget the final 2 steps!
1. To confirm the delivery of your parcel, please go to "My account" - "Parcel." If you have any questions about the parcel, you can contact us through the "contact" ticket or our online service.
2. Remember to earn the bonus by posting a Justshop-related review video on your social media and sharing through "Reward".
