I. Service Statement
This website is owned and operated by Justshop. All related services must comply with the rules, terms, and operational guidelines published by Justshop. By using this website’s services, you agree to and accept all terms of service outlined by Justshop.
II. Platform Nature Statement
This platform acts as an intermediary for purchasing goods from mainland China and does not hold inventory directly. Product prices may fluctuate due to exchange rates and tax changes.
Placing an order constitutes entrusting the platform to procure goods on your behalf. Users assume all risks associated with customs inspections, tax adjustments, and related matters.
III. Transaction Process
Users may source reasonable goods through this platform. We will communicate with manufacturers on your behalf to place orders. After order fulfillment within Mainland China, goods are delivered to professional logistics forwarders for shipment to the user. Users may monitor and participate in the entire purchasing process.
IV. Fees
Purchasing involves two stages: procurement and shipping, requiring two separate payments. We recommend assessing international shipping costs before placing an order.
- Procurement Stage: You pay for the goods and Mainland China domestic logistics fees. We will procure the items for you. Purchased goods will be transported to the Justshop transit warehouse for temporary storage. Goods stored in the warehouse are kept free of charge for 30 days. You may accumulate purchases, consolidate them into a single package, and then ship internationally to save more costs.
- Shipping Stage: Combine in-stock items into a single parcel order and pay the corresponding international shipping fee for cross-border transit. International shipping is calculated based on actual weight.
V. Prohibited Items
This site adheres to local legal requirements. Users must thoroughly review this guide before using site services. The following items are prohibited:
- Dangerous drugs or medications explicitly prohibited for private transport by law
- Obscene content
- Ammunition, weapons, or certain weapon parts/accessories including restricted knives
- Counterfeit brands including digital/virtual goods and other copyrighted items
- Items inciting hatred, violence, racism, other forms of discrimination, or exploiting criminal activities
- Any items violating local or regional laws, or prohibited by customs regulations
Important: Requests involving the above will be strictly rejected with warnings issued. Severe violations will result in account suspension and service termination.
VI. After-Sales & Disclaimer
Return/Exchange Restrictions
No-reason returns are not supported for purchased goods unless quality issues exist (exceptions per Article 25 of the E-Commerce Law).
For goods that do not match the version ordered, proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, official website order screenshot) is required to apply for a refund.
Logistics Risks
Compensation for damaged or lost items during international shipping is the responsibility of the logistics carrier. The platform will assist with claims but assumes no liability for advance compensation.
VII. User Information Collection
We will not share or disclose your personal information with any third party unless:
- Sharing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations
- Sharing is authorized by your consent
VIII. User Rights
- You have the right to log in to this website to access and edit your personal information.
- You have the right to contact our online customer service to request account cancellation. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will cease providing services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- We have implemented reasonable and practical security measures in accordance with industry standards to safeguard your information security and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, damage, or loss of personal information.

IX. Compliance Requirements
Shipping Compliance
Shipping must comply with the relevant requirements of the forwarding agency. We will inform users accordingly. If you do not agree to the forwarding agency’s terms of service, we will assist you in switching to another forwarding agency. If none can meet your requirements, we will initiate the refund process.
Customs Declaration
Users are required to provide authentic ID information for customs clearance. Users bear responsibility for any cargo detention caused by false information.
