How to Track Your Order
You can track your order status at any time through your account dashboard.
- Log in to your JustShop account
- Navigate to "My Orders" section
- Click on the order you want to track
- View detailed tracking information and status updates
Order Status Meanings
- Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared
- In Warehouse: Items have arrived at our warehouse
- Quality Check: Items are undergoing quality inspection
- Shipped: Your order has been dispatched
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered
Tracking Numbers
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.
